Complementary and Alternative Health Degrees

Women, people ages 40 to 60, and adults with higher levels of education and income tend to use complementary and alternative therapies frequently. There have been considerable increases in the number of people using common forms of complementary and alternative medicine, such as herbal therapy, massage therapy, energy medicine and more.

New Eden School offers the following programs for the formation of the Complementary and Alternative Health Practitioner (C.A.H.P)

Curriculums

1. Certificate in Complementary and Alternative Health Online Video Program

Requirement for Enrollment:

High School Completion or GED

Outline for the Online Video Classes:

Credit Hours for the Video Courses: 20

Tuition: $2000.00

Prepay: 1,800.00 (10% discount special if Paid in Full)

100.00 (USD) per Credit Hour

Tuition includes all materials and testing.

Award: Certificate in Complementary and Alternative Health                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Designation: Complementary and Alternative Health Practitioner (C.A.H.P)

2.The Complementary and Alternative Health Practitioner Certification Program

NES offers an excellent certification program that consists of eBooks and other e-materials. This program is designed to be self-paced and to be completed via distance learning.

Requirement for Enrollment:

High School Completion or GED

Duration of Program:

Generally takes 4 to 8 months via distance learning. This is a self-paced program.

Outline of Courses:

Total Credit Hours: 22

Tuition: $1760.00

Tuition does not include textbooks but does include study instructions, testing material and certain eBooks. A basic chemistry eBook is included with this program.
$80.00 per credit hour

Award: Certificate in Complementary and Alternative Health

3. Advanced Diploma in Complementary and Alternative Health

A very good curriculum composed of various courses in complementary and alternative health that will effectively educate the student to become a Complementary and Alternative Health Practitioner (C.A.H.P)

Requirement for Enrollment:

High School Completion or GED

Duration of Program:

Generally takes 9 to 18 months via distance learning. This is a self-paced program.

Total Credit Hours:38

Tuition: $3040.00

Tuition does not include textbooks but does include study instructions, testing material and certain eBooks.
$80.00 per credit hour

Award: Advanced Diploma in Complementary and Alternative Health

Graduates can apply to be Board Certified through the American Council for Holistic Medicine (ACHM)
Graduates can apply with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) at www.iictinsurance.com
Graduates are encouraged to become members of the International Association of Natural Health Practitioners (IANHP) at www.ianhp.org

4. Associate Degree in Complementary and Alternative Health

A robust curriculum composed of various courses in complementary and alternative health that will effectively educate the student to become a Complementary and Alternative Health Practitioner (C.A.H.P)

Requirement for Enrollment:

High School Completion or GED

Duration of Program:

Generally takes 12 to 24 months via distance learning.
This is a self-paced program.

Outline of Courses:

Total Credit Hours: 60

Tuition: $4800.00

Tuition does not include textbooks but does include study instructions, testing material and certain eBooks.
$80.00 per credit hour

Award: Associate Degree in Complementary and Alternative Health

Generally takes 24 to 48 months via distance learning.
This is a self-paced program.
